Shea has worked in Aesthetics since 2015, in roles spanning from Practice Development Manager with Cutera to Director of Marketing with Sentient.

In her role as Practice Development Manager with Cutera, Shea worked with hundreds of aesthetic practices to grow their businesses. What she witnessed over and over, was that another layer of more involved support was needed specific to social media management. It led her to establish Glow Up with Shea in April of 2020. Her first handful of Med Spa clients grew their businesses significantly despite months long COVID-19 shutdowns and uncertainty; all due to their social media. 

As Shea expanded her client base, she took on corporate clients such as Sentient Lasers. Her collaboration with Sentient soon evolved into working with them full-time as their Director of Marketing. Glow Up with Shea was scaled back to become a weekend endeavor with a few core clients while Shea focused on leading Sentient in its marketing initiatives.

            After a year and half of total immersion with Sentient’s digital marketing, from website building, SEO, email marketing, paid ads, and social media, Shea is returning her focus to Glow Up with Shea with new skillsets and services to offer.
